We understand every customer cares about their valuable dolls. Here we are trying our best to address your needs and concerns on shipping.

At Amordoll, we provide multiple shipping options. We mainly have two types of products. One is customizable selections, such as  Classic, and AI dolls. Those products are made from scratch from our factory in China. The other type is Ready to Ship options which will be shipped from our US warehouses.

If you are choosing a customizable selection, the production of the doll may take about 3-7 business days.

Consumer privacy is the essential part of our business. Our name or anything related to “doll” will NEVER be shown up on your billing statement or packages.

Shipping Policy

At AmorDoll, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order securely and discreetly. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process.

1. In-Stock Models (U.S. & Canada & Europe)

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock models are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. 

  • Shipping From: Most in-stock dolls are typically shipped from our U.S. warehouses in California or Massachusetts facilities for faster and safer delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email automatically with a tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.

  • Discreet Packaging: All products are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes to protect your privacy.

2. International & Made-to-Order Models

  • Processing Time: Custom or made-to-order dolls are manufactured and prepared for shipment within  2-7 business days, depending on model complexity.

  • Shipping Time: International shipping usually takes 5-10 business days by air shipping after production completion.

  • Shipping From: Most international orders are shipped directly from our factory partners in China via reliable couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

  • Customs & Duties: In most regions, import taxes or duties are prepaid by us. 

  • Tracking: You will receive full tracking details once your package leaves the factory.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

We fully cover any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@amordoll.com.
After verification, we will be happy to provide a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

4. Product Issues After Delivery

If you notice any product quality issues after opening the package, please refer to our Warranty & Return Policy for detailed guidance on replacements or returns.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for careful assembly and quality inspection, depending on the model.
Shipping typically takes 5–7 days by air or up to 3–4 weeks by sea freight.
Customs clearance is fully guaranteed for all U.S. deliveries and most supported regions.

Each doll is hand-crafted and thoroughly tested by our top manufacturing partners to ensure lifelike realism, durability, and comfort.
After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We also maintain a large in-stock collection in our U.S. warehouse, ready for fast delivery.

All packages are professionally packed using thick foam protection and sturdy boxes.
Every shipment is plain and unmarked—there are no visible labels, logos, or doll-related terms on the packaging or your billing statement.

All of our dolls are packed in a professional box with an extensive foaming system. You won’t see our name or anything related to dolls from the package.

Shipping and handling

Made‑to‑order builds typically ship within 3–8 business days after payment. In‑stock items usually ship next business day. Transit time is commonly 4–8 business days depending on carrier and destination. See our shipping info for details.

Total time from order to delivery is often 7–15 business days for in‑stock and 10–21 days for made‑to‑order.

U.S. customers: pricing includes customs clearance with no hidden import fees. Some countries (e.g., Canada/EU) may assess local taxes or duties at delivery per local regulations.

Made‑to‑order items ship directly from partner factories. In‑stock items ship from our U.S. warehouses (California and Massachusetts) or our EU hubs when available.

We ship across the U.S. and Canada. International shipping is available to most regions subject to local regulations on adult products. Some destinations may require a shipping surcharge.

We primarily use FedEx, DHL, or UPS for international and domestic shipments. For some U.S. addresses, USPS may be used for final delivery.

We use a discreet billing name. You will not see any terms related to adult products on your statement.

Product

Lifespan ranges from 2–10 years depending on materials, usage, and care. Proper handling, regular cleaning, and storage on a stand or in the flight case all extend longevity. Repairs are straightforward if needed.

Dolls can pick up lint or dye transfer. Avoid prolonged contact with dark or unwashed fabrics and don’t store your doll in tight or dyed outfits. Choose light‑colored, looser clothing and wash new garments before use.

After use, clean with mild antibacterial soap and lukewarm water. Pat dry with a soft towel and apply renewal powder once fully dry. Use irrigators or removable inserts for internal cleaning. Keep ports and electronics (if any) dry.

Powdered makeup and liquid eyeliners work well. Avoid oily foundations. Use gentle, non‑oily removers and test on a small area first.

Immersing the doll is not recommended, especially for models with electronics. Spot‑clean with lukewarm water and mild soap, keeping water away from heads, ports, and charging points.

Support

If something arrives damaged or develops an issue, contact support with photos/videos. We’ll diagnose quickly and provide repair guidance or parts as needed.

Selected items include a limited one‑year warranty. Software‑enabled models may receive free firmware updates where applicable.

On rare occasions, AI models may ship with a non‑English voice pack. Contact us and we’ll provide the English pack and instructions to switch languages.

If your order arrives with a confirmed defect, notify us within 24 hours before any use for resolution options. Due to the intimate nature of the product, used items can’t be returned.

Accessory sales are final.

Contact us as soon as possible. If production or packing has begun, a fee may apply to cover incurred costs.

Most dolls include a limited one‑year warranty against manufacturing defects. AI‑enabled models may include lifetime software updates when available.
